These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GustoDR (the "Service"), a website that lets visitors browse recipe content. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GustoDR provides recipe information (names, categories, cooking instructions, and related metadata) for browsing purposes only. The Service does not process payments or orders. Account registration is optional and is only required for features like saving favorites. GustoDR may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The GustoDR name, logo, site design, and original recipe text published on the Service are the property of GustoDR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to Service content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Service content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
If you accept cookies via our cookie banner, the Service may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense) and use analytics tools (via Google Tag Manager) to measure usage. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are not controlled by GustoDR. Some recipes may include links to third-party sites or videos (for example, a source or video link). GustoDR does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Following those links is at your own risk.
The Service and its content (including recipes, cooking times, and instructions) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GustoDR does not warrant that recipe content is accurate, complete, or safe for any particular dietary or health need. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, and cooking instructions before preparing or consuming any recipe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GustoDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
GustoDR may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, regardless of your country of residence or access. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
